Mars Training Centre UK delivers project management training internationally for senior delivery professionals — project directors, programme leaders, heads of PMO, and the experienced project managers moving towards those roles. Every programme in this category is taught in person — in London, Dubai, Paris, Doha, Kuala Lumpur, New York and our other international centres, and online where a cohort calls for it — by British project-leadership practitioners who have run major projects and programmes at director level.

The category spans the full breadth of senior delivery work. Structured exam preparation for the PMP and PRINCE2 credentials sits alongside applied programmes in project risk, project controls, quality, stakeholder engagement, and programme and portfolio management. Sector-specific programmes cover EPC, construction, lean delivery, and the distinct leadership demands of megaprojects, while The Modern Project Director Programme brings the whole picture together across ten intensive days.

Courses run as a single fixed length — five days, or ten days for the director programme — with cohorts kept small enough for real case discussion. Every course is available as an English-language cohort and as a separate Arabic-language cohort taught by native-Arabic faculty, and every delegate leaves with a Mars Certificate of Completion.
