Quality Management in Projects is a 5-day senior course on project quality delivered by Mars Training Centre UK in London, Munich, Milan, Dubai, and Jeddah — designed for project managers, quality managers, project engineers, and senior delivery leaders responsible for the quality performance of significant projects.

Quality is the dimension of project delivery that suffers most when schedule and cost come under pressure.
