Boards are now expected to evidence their oversight of strategy, risk, conduct and culture; risk leaders are expected to connect exposure to capital and strategy; compliance officers are expected to lead rather than administer; and internal audit is expected to give assurance over cyber, ESG, third-party risk and transformation as well as financial control.

Mars Training Centre UK delivers this category as director-tier programmes at its international training centres. Every course runs as a fixed 5-day or 10-day in-person programme in London, Dubai, Geneva, Amsterdam, Doha, Vienna, Kuala Lumpur and other international locations, with selected cohorts also available online. Each is taught by senior British practitioners drawn from the Mars panel and anchored in the recognised international frameworks — the UK Corporate Governance Code, the OECD Principles, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, the IIA International Professional Practices Framework, the FATF Recommendations, ISO/IEC 27001 and the ISSB standards.

Each programme exists in two separate language editions — English and Arabic — each run as a single-language cohort, with the Arabic edition delivered by native-Arabic faculty across the same international centres. Fees are published openly in pounds sterling, and every delegate flying in to join a programme receives a complimentary chauffeured airport transfer.
