Mars Training Centre UK designs its Oil, Gas & Energy portfolio for the people who carry those decisions — executives, asset directors, commercial leaders, and senior officials who need structured command of the whole system rather than a single technical corner of it.

The portfolio spans the full value chain. Upstream economics, reservoir stewardship, refining, pipelines, LNG and global gas markets, energy trading, and power generation sit alongside the programmes that define the next phase of the industry: the energy transition, carbon and efficiency management, hydrogen and future fuels, and senior energy leadership.
