Strategy and Business Planning

Mars Training Centre UK delivers senior strategy and business planning programmes at our international training centres — London, Dubai, Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, Kuala Lumpur, New York and other locations worldwide, as well as live online. Every course in this category is written for directors, general managers and board members who own a part of their organisation's strategy and are accountable for what it delivers.

The category covers the full strategic arc: strategic thinking and planning, corporate and competitive strategy, business model innovation, mergers and acquisitions, scenario planning, performance management, workforce planning, purpose and values, and ESG strategy. Each programme runs to a single fixed length, either five days or ten days, and combines the established strategy frameworks with real cases drawn from British, European, Gulf, African and Asian organisations. Delegates leave with a working plan for an area of their own business.

Programmes are taught by our British faculty — senior practitioners with executive and consulting careers behind them — and every programme is offered in two single-language cohorts. The English cohorts are delivered in English; the Arabic cohorts are delivered in Arabic by native-Arabic faculty. Sessions are in-person at the scheduled venue, with selected dates available online, and successful delegates receive a Mars Certificate of Completion.
