EPC projects compress engineering, procurement, and construction into a single contractual envelope, usually under a fixed lump-sum price. That structure rewards disciplined delivery and punishes loose ends. Across five focused days, you will work through the full EPC project lifecycle, from front-end loading and FEED handover, through engineering and procurement integration, construction management and interface control, and commissioning and handover. The week opens with the EPC lifecycle and front-end loading, moves into engineering and procurement integration, then into construction management on a major site, then into commissioning, handover, and EPC project controls, and closes with synthesis and a personal action plan.
