Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation is a 5-day exam preparation course delivered by Mars Training Centre UK at our international centres in London, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam, and Istanbul — designed for experienced project managers preparing to sit the PMP exam administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The PMP credential is the most widely recognised project management qualification in the world, and the exam has been progressively rewritten to reflect predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery. Passing it requires both real project experience and a disciplined, structured grounding in PMI's current exam content outline. This course is built to give you that grounding in a single working week.

Across five focused days, you will work through every domain of the current PMP exam content outline, practise hundreds of exam-style questions, and rehearse the specific reasoning and language the exam tests for.
