Agile Project Management and Scrum is a 5-day senior course on agile delivery, delivered by Mars Training Centre UK in London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur, and online — designed for project managers, programme leaders, and senior delivery leads who are running or scaling agile work in real organisations.

Agile is no longer a software specialty. Senior project leaders across financial services, government, infrastructure, healthcare, and energy are now expected to apply agile and hybrid delivery with judgement — and to know when not to. The conversation has moved past the marketing version of agile into a much more practical one: what works, what does not, and how a senior project leader makes the call.

Across five focused days, you will work through the agile mindset, Scrum in working depth, the wider agile ecosystem, scaling approaches at concept level, and the practical realities of hybrid delivery in regulated and large-organisation contexts. The faculty are senior practitioners who have led agile and hybrid delivery on real programmes.

The week opens with agile foundations framed for senior leaders, moves into Scrum in working depth, then into product backlog and delivery practices, then into scaling, hybrid delivery, and the common failure patterns, and closes with synthesis and a personal action plan.
