Power Plant Operations and Management is a five-day senior management course delivered by Mars Training Centre at its international training centres — in London, Dubai, Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, and Johannesburg — designed for plant managers, generation directors, and senior decision-makers responsible for thermal, combined-cycle, and renewable power assets.

A power plant is one of the most operationally demanding industrial assets in any economy. Senior managers must balance availability and despatch against maintenance and reliability, fuel and emissions costs against revenue, and short-term performance against long-term asset life — all while operating inside an electricity market being reshaped by renewables, storage, and capacity mechanisms.
