The leaders who succeed at this are not the ones with the best report; they are the ones who understand which physical and transition risks actually apply to their sites, what the credible reduction pathways are, and how to land the change without breaking the operation.

Across five focused days you work through the sustainability and climate-risk frameworks that matter most for operations — physical and transition risk assessment, greenhouse gas accounting across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, decarbonisation pathways, water and circularity, and the disclosure regimes that increasingly determine what gets reported and what gets challenged. The cases are drawn from the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East, and the work is delivered by senior practitioners with operations and sustainability-leadership experience.
