Cybersecurity for Senior Managers is a 5-day leadership and governance course delivered by Mars Training Centre UK in London, Dubai, Geneva, Doha, and Kuala Lumpur as well as online, designed for directors, board members, and senior executives who must lead the organisation's cyber resilience without becoming cyber technicians.

Cybersecurity is now a board-level matter. Regulators expect it, customers expect it, and the financial and reputational damage of a serious incident has put it firmly inside the senior leader's accountability. This is not a technical course in penetration testing or defensive engineering — it is a leadership course in cyber governance, resilience, crisis response, and the executive judgement that sits above any technical control.

Across five focused days, you will sharpen the senior leader's view of cyber risk. You will study real incidents and the board-level decisions made during them, work through governance frameworks fit for the next generation of threats including AI-enabled attacks, and leave with a personal action plan for raising your organisation's cyber posture.

The week moves from the cyber risk landscape, through governance frameworks and maturity, into third parties, data and the regulatory picture, then executive-level crisis response, closing with a personal action plan.
