Mini-MBA in Leadership

The Mini-MBA in Leadership is a 10-day senior leadership programme delivered by Mars Training Centre at international centres in London, Dubai, Paris, Madrid, New York, and Kuala Lumpur — designed for experienced leaders who want the breadth of an MBA leadership curriculum without a full degree commitment.

An MBA is a two-year investment. The Mini-MBA is a two-week investment that covers the leadership content most senior managers actually use: strategic thinking, financial acumen, leading people, operations, change, communication, and personal development. It does not replace an MBA. It gives a structured, intensive grounding that senior managers can put to work the week they return.

Across ten days delivered as two consecutive working weeks, you will cover the major domains of senior leadership through a mix of frameworks, case work, and peer learning. The faculty are senior practitioners with executive and consulting experience, and the cohort is intentionally small to support real conversation.

Your Mars Certificate and Fee

On successful completion of The Mini-MBA in Leadership you will receive a Mars Certificate of Completion, issued by Mars Training Centre, our London-headquartered training provider. The certificate confirms the programme attended, the dates, the host city, and the lead faculty, and is presented to delegates on the final day of the course.

The standard fee is £8,950 per delegate for this 10-day programme, quoted and invoiced in pounds sterling. The fee covers all training and faculty time, course materials in digital and printed form, the Mars Certificate of Completion, daily refreshments and a buffet lunch, and a complimentary airport pickup and return transfer for delegates flying in to the host city. Group and early-booking discounts are available. Flights, visas, and hotel accommodation are not included, though Mars provides booking guidance and preferred-rate partner links.
