Logistics and Distribution Management

Logistics and Distribution Management is a five-day senior logistics course delivered by Mars Training Centre across its international centres — in London, Amsterdam, Dubai, Jeddah, and Bangkok — designed for logistics directors, distribution heads, and senior managers responsible for the movement and storage of goods.

Logistics has become a competitive battleground. Customer expectations have moved from delivery in days to delivery in hours, fuel and labour costs continue to climb, and the move toward sustainability is changing how every leg of distribution is designed and measured. At the same time, the underlying disciplines — network design, freight management, warehousing, last-mile, and the choice between in-house and third-party operations — remain the levers that determine whether a logistics function delivers service at a sustainable cost.

Across five focused days, you will work through the end-to-end logistics function from network design through to last-mile delivery. The week balances strategic frameworks with the operational analytics that drive day-to-day performance, and is delivered by senior practitioners who have led logistics organisations. You leave with a personal action plan grounded in your own network, modes, and service profile.
